Scope of HRM

 HRM options a very huge and wide scope. it's attached  activities starting from personnel springing up with till the employee departure the organization.Accordingly, the scope of HRM includes procurement  Development, Maintenance and management of personnel among the organization.

1.    The Labour or Personnel aspect
It is attached  personnel turning out with, enlisting, selection, placement, induction, transfer, promotion, demotion, termination, work and development, closure and retrenchment, wage and wage administration (remuneration), Incentives, productivity etc..
2.    The welfare side
    It deals with operational conditions and amenities like canteens,         creches, education  health and safety, recreation, washing, facilities, cultural facilities, etc.


3. the economic Relations side
This is involved union-management relations, point consultation, negotiation, dialogue, grievance handling, disciplinary action, settlement machinery for industrial disputes etc...
